First Family Photo

We have him!  First impressions:  He's very smart and very active.  He doesn't seem scared at all.  He's going to learn English fast as he easily mimics what we say.  He's warmed up to us both, but definitely prefers Mike - they've already played hard!  He loves to share things with us.  He came to us with a pocketful of candy.  He fed  most of that candy to us.  He touches and explores everything.  Grabs a lot.  Calls us Mama and Baba - constantly!  He came to us in a brand new, freshly ironed shorts outfit with some kind of Asian superhero on the front.  He was wearing pink and white girl sneakers with pink socks.  The lady in charge of the orphanage shared that he has small feet and all the boys sneakers they had were in larger sizes.  Doesn't seem to bother him.  Our appointments this morning:  orphanage, family photo and registration of the adoption at the Civil Affairs Office made us late for lunch and Wen Xin got cranky.  So we let him pick the place for lunch.  And he picked McDonalds! 

Right now he's playing Leapster - it's the first time all day I've seen him slow down.  Mike's crashed.  I want to crash, but not sure I can leave Wen Xin unattended.
